Our Approach

At MagiClean, we believe that every home is unique, and therefore, requires a customized cleaning approach. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and we tailor our services to meet those needs.

Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?

No, you don't need to be home when the cleaning service comes. However, we do ask that you provide us with a key or code to access your home. 

WHAT ABOUT PETS?

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

What if something's damaged during a service?

If something is damaged during the cleaning, please let us know, and we will do our best to fix the problem. 

What won't MagiClean teams clean?

For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, check and Zelle.
